Order Process
All products in our shop are Made-to-Order. We kindly ask for you to wait 1-4 weeks after your order is confirmed to be delivered.
Shipping Process
Please allow 1-4 weeks for us to fulfill and ship your order. Please expect a longer than usual delivery for international shipping. If we find an influx of orders come through, we ask for your patience as there may be a delay in fulfilling and shipping your order. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays.
Additional important and duty fees may be due upon delivery for internationally shipped orders. Failure to pay these fees may result in a returned shipment that will not be refundable.
We will contact you through email, phone number or any means of communication provided if there is a delay in shipping your order due to unforeseeable circumstances.
Responsibility
We, Maycore Collection Ltd., are not held responsible for the following:
- Mistakes made by Canada Post or other courier
- Wrong address given by customers
- Damage to order by postal service
- PO Box issues
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
Additional Information
Customers are held responsible for ensuring that the address provided is filled in correctly. If the item was unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unfortunately we won't be able to provide a refund. If you made a mistake, please contact us at info@maycoreave.com within 24 hours so that we may make any revisions.
